2 dogs in 1 kennel £32 per day
3 dogs in 1 kennel £45 per day
4 dogs in 1 kennel £50 per day
All days are chargeable regardless off drop off time but if pick up is before 09:30 on departure day then there will be no charge for that day.
Our opening times are,
MON 8.30-10.30am / 3.30 - 5.30pm
TUES 8.30-10.30am / 3.30 - 5.30pm
WED 8.30-10.30am / 3.30 - 5.30pm
THURS 8.30-10.30am / 3.30 - 5.30pm
FRI 8.30-10.30am / 3.30 - 5.30pm
SAT 8.30-10.30am / 3.30 - 5.30pm
SUN - closed am / 3.30 - 5pm
To enable us to manage the kennels efficiently and keep disruption to the dogs at a minimum we will ask you for an arrival \ departure time within these hours (Seasonal variations may apply to these hours). All charges are payable on full on entry, we accept cash and bank transfers.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Customer & Pet booking form: on first enquiry you are asked to complete this form. It is a requirement by the licensing authority and will include:
• the name, postal address, telephone number and email address of the owner of each dog and emergency contact details
• the name, postal address, telephone number and email address of a local contact in an emergency for each dog
• the name and contact details of the dog’s normal vet and details of any insurance relating to the dog.
• each dog’s name, age, sex, neuter status, microchip number and a description of it or its breed
• details of each dog’s relevant medical and behavioural history, including details of any treatment administered against parasites and restrictions on exercise.
• Signed consent to kennel dogs from the same household in one kennel.
• Signed consent to exercise suitable dogs from differing households together.
We must keep this information on file for 3 years, so it is available for inspection by any authorities in their capacity as Animal Licensing Officers.
Vaccinations and Disease prevention: all dogs boarded with us need to have up to date vaccinations. This includes:
• DHPPi (or manufacturers equivalent), boosters needed 1 to 3 years (dependant on manufacturer and vets’ advice)
• L2/4, boosters needed annually.
Any dog starting a new course of vaccinations need 14 days clear from the second dose before coming into kennels. The onus is on the owner to make sure the vaccinations are correct and up to date, if they are not then we will refuse entry to kennels. In the case of this happening any deposits will be non-refundable.
Proof of a FULL course vaccinations must be provided on entry.
• We do not require the Kennel Cough Vaccination but if it is done then it needs to be administered at least 2 weeks prior to boarding. Any dog receiving it within this period cannot be boarded.
• Any dog boarded elsewhere within 2 weeks prior to entering kennels cannot be boarded. This is a license condition, and exceptions cannot be made.
Multiple dogs sharing and Exercising: any dogs sharing a kennel must be from the same household.
• This requires written consent from the owners.
• If at any time we believe this to be detrimental to either dog we will separate them, and in doing this an extra kennel charge will become applicable.
Health and Welfare: all dogs boarded need to be of a suitable temperament and in good health.
• We take dogs once they have been fully vaccinated
• Any dog with a pre-existing condition needs to have its own insurance policy in place, and details of this will need to be provided on entry,
• We reserve the right to refuse any dogs in which they are showing signs of stress, excessive nervousness, or aggression.
• In the case of a dog becoming aggressive whilst with us the owners must plan for the dog to be collected with immediate effect.
• Dogs must always be on lead during the arrival and departure. We accept no responsibility for loss or injury in the car park or off the premises.
• Any dog that does not settle and excessively barks throughout the day and or night will result in you having to make arrangements to collect your dog early, no refund will be given.
• The owner is solely responsible for the dogs behaviour whilst boarding. It is the owners responsibility to advise of any aggressive/behavioural problems
prior to the dogs stay.
• It is the owners responsibility to advise if the dog is coming in to season / due in season during the stay so that necessary precautions can be taken.
• Although dogs are supervised at all times it is feasible a dog may pick up minor scratches or nicks during walks or play. Staff will treat minor injuries and inform the owner upon collection.
•In the rare event a dog needs vet care, we will contact the owner immediately and then the preferred vet in the first instance, the owner assumes full financial responsibility in this event.
Lincoln lane Kennels accepts no responsibility should a dog die in our care.
• All dogs staying with us must be up to date with vaccinations, the Kennel Cough vaccine is optional, and that is at your own risk. We do require a copy of the dogs vaccination card upon booking.
A record will be kept on file.
• Occasionally we will take photographs for our website or social media, these remain the property of Lincoln lane kennels. Please advise if you do not wish for your dog to appear on our social media prior to their stay.
Charges & Payment:
• Our charges are based per day, (day period covers drop off and overnight till 09:30). There is no charge for the final day if collection is before 09:30.
• A deposit of 10% is required at the time of booking, This fee is non-refundable
• All remaining charges are to be paid in full prior to or on entry.
• We will not credit or refund for any early collections.
• Any charges occurred by Lincoln Lane Kennels whilst caring for your dog must be paid on collection in full. We will keep receipts as proof of transaction.
• We reserve the right to alter our pricing and opening hours without notification.
Any cancellations made within 48hrs of your booking will need to be paid in full.
Any no show bookings require full payment and you won’t be booked in again until payment has been made.
Insurance: under the terms of our license, we provide insurance for the dogs whilst in our care. The Insurer will only pay for the cost of any Veterinary Fees for treatment incurred for an Illness or injury that first:
occurred or showed Clinical Signs whilst the Animal(s) was boarded with the Insured under the terms of the Insured’s Standard Boarding Contract.
Feeding & medications: we need full written instructions on feeding and medicating (if applicable) your dog, this includes:
• Make and type of food, quantities, and frequency.
• Method of feeding, for example soaked beforehand, gobble bowl, enrichment toys.
• Allergies or food intolerances which includes how to recognise symptoms of an outbreak.
• In the case of dogs sharing, we need to know if they can be fed together or need separating.
• We will only administer oral/topical medications.
• All medications need to be in their original container with the dispensing vet details and the instructions for dosage clearly visible.
• We will not administer any intravenous medications.
Belongings: we are happy to accept beds, blankets and toys for your dogs stay with us but please take note of the following:
• we cannot accept responsibility for anything being damaged or being lost. Please do not bring anything valuable, of sentimental value or breakable.
• We do not accept anything that may be a choking hazard and reserve the right to remove anything from the kennel if we believe it to be so.
Data protection and social media:
• We will occasionally use photographs of boarding dogs on our Facebook Page and Website. If you DO NOT want us to upload photos of your dogs, please let us know on the booking form. We can send photos/videos via WhatsApp to owners if asked.
• Following The Animal Boarding Act 2018 The licence holder must ensure that at any time all the records that the licence holder must keep as a condition of the licence are available for inspection by an inspector. These must be kept for at least 3 years beginning with the date on which the record was created.
• We use an industry recognised software and anti-virus software to keep your records secure and easily available to staff and authorities. The software is password protected, no details will be given to anybody not directly connected to Lincoln Lane Kennels or the relevant licensing authorities.
The customer by entering into an agreement of sale with Lincoln Lane Kennels will be always believed in acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time.
